The ensemble of two buildings in the Berliner Wallstrasse 84-85 has been built with a high artistic aspiration.
They impress by their architectonic handwriting and the, for that time, high level of engineering. You’ve got the choice between five different types of flats on four floors (including the penthouse floor). Due to the exceptional location and the varying layouts any of the residencies is a top-class individual item.

Located right in Berlin-Mitte and besides the Spreekanal there will be an overwhelming gallery, multiple premium apartments and exclusive penthouses. The restoration of the building will be done by 2016.
